This child’s customized portrait session was a dream for me! I just love beautiful locations and when her mom showed me pictures of Bella’s outfits, I just knew this would be the perfect setting for her portraits! She reminds me of a wood princess fairy. So beautiful and dreamy! I love it when all the essential elements come together during a portrait session – beautiful location, perfect lighting and fitting wardrobe – they all add up to heavenly portraits that work with this mom’s vision. I had the pleasure to capture Bella three times this year and every single time, she amazes me. Such a wonderful model. Her family is moving away next month and I’ll miss them dearly. Such a fun loving family in this music video! Such sweet boys who love their parents dearly, but are also at the age where they are showing their independence and allowing very limited snuggle time these days. I’m sure all of us parents can relate! This is my third portrait session with this family and I’m just amazed with how much these boys have grown, especially the youngest tot! Enjoy the music video.

This session ALMOST got delayed due to weather, but we lucked out the morning of this family’s portrait session as not only was it not raining, but it was sunny and warm too! This photo session took place at this family’s new home. They had just moved in a couple of days prior and wanted to make use of their beautiful back yard, which bumps up against a wooded area. We didn’t take an adventure into the woods due to the light and safety reasons with the lil’ birthday boy, but I’m sure these two guys will get to know the area quite well in the years to come! Brrrrrrrrr! It was a cool morning for this family’s portrait session, but thankfully they came dressed warm and had fun despite the low temps. I can’t believe that a year has gone by since I captured this family for the first time. Wyatt was only 7 months old at the time. So much has changed since then. The lil’ man is now on the move and in awe of everything around him. He’s quite the explorer! His big brother, Will, has really opened up to me and my camera since then, which is a lot of fun. To be fair, he opened up to me during his first portrait session with me, but he seems to be much more at ease now and I don’t have to “trick” him in allowing me to produce some beautiful portraits of him now. He’s still full of energy, which I love! Both of these boys have great personalities and it’s an honor to capture these moments for this family. Enjoy the sneak peek! More fun images to come!

I just adore this family. I have been capturing them since their first son was born three years ago. I can’t believe it’s been that long and that he’s celebrating his third birthday already. How time flies! Their newest addition is already six months. I captured his newborn portraits this Fall and now in the Spring I got to photograph him with his family again for their family portrait session. Two of my favorite seasons! It was a lot of fun seeing these two boys’ different personalities. I know they will have many adventures together in the future. (Look out mom and dad!) Happy birthday Ben! Last night I had a fun photo session with two adorable boys. These brothers love each other so much and big brother was a great help getting his baby brother’s attention when needed. Baby L just celebrated his first birthday and his mom brought out the barrel that she photographed him in for his birth announcements. I’m glad she decided to incorporate something from when he was a baby as I’m sure it’ll really hit home just how much he’s grown! It’s amazing to look back at his newborn portraits that I took at his home last year. He was so tiny and now he’s such a big boy! What a miracle. Enjoy the sneak peek!
